It’s always an honor to be asked to do a podcast. My most recent ones were with the incredibly inspiring Lucy ‘Superfox’ Walton.

Shes an incredible business woman, leader and public speaker among other things. The queen of the multi passionate, and all round sassy fox!

We met back when I was competing in bodybuilding shows and have been friends since.

We did this in 2 parts as there was so much to cover. The first part is quite bushiness’y and about my entrepreneurial journey, personal journey and growth and we touch on spirituality.

The second part we talk about sex coaching and sexuality.
