Welcome!
I am Nicky (They/She)
My work is grounded in skilled therapeutic practice, supported by a code of ethics, anti-oppressive values, somatic awareness, and both professional and lived understanding of the complexities of identity, trauma, sexuality, grief, and change.
I primarily work with survivors of sexual trauma, LGBTQIA+ clients, and people navigating identity, sexuality, and relationship transitions. This includes people coming out later in life, exploring gender, sexuality, fetish & kinks, or consensual non-monogamy, and those working through shame, grief, guilt, or disconnection from themselves and their bodies.
Many of my clients are neurodivergent. I also work with partners and loved ones, navigating the impact of these experiences within relationships and family systems.
This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about understanding yourself more deeply, reconnecting with your body, and building the safety and self-trust needed to live more honestly and authentically
Work with me 1:1 online, or in person on the Kent/Sussex border.
Attend one of my online group therapy sessions.
Or attend my workshops, events and retreats.
My Manifesto
I dream of a world where we are free.
A world where conditioning around sexuality, gender, relationships, and how we “should” live no longer disconnects us from ourselves.
A world where diversity, equity, authenticity, and radical acceptance are woven into everyday life. Where there is less pressure to shrink, conform, perform, or abandon ourselves just to belong.
A world where people can feel more at home in their bodies, relationships, identities, and desires.
And yes, I know that sounds utopian.
I also believe change happens one human at a time.
My work is about creating space for people to explore themselves more honestly, work through trauma and shame, and reconnect with who they are beneath survival, conditioning, and fear.
This process can be tender. Messy. Courageous. Liberating.
And it doesn’t need to be rushed.
I hold both the practical and the sacred.
I’m spiritual, but I don’t bypass. We honour what happened, we honour what’s true now, and we make space for what might come next.
Part of why this work matters so deeply to me is that I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from yourself. To feel shame. To suppress parts of who you are. To feel lost inside your own life.
And I also know what it can feel like to slowly return to yourself, with more honesty, self-trust, joy, playfulness, confidence, and freedom.
Big Love
Nicky
