What is Your Pu$$y Is A Portal?

So often our genitals are part of our body that has been exiled, shamed, and miss treated or ignored altogether. Leading to a disconnect with a huge part of us that is powerful, wise and beautiful.

I believe that you cannot have body positivity, or body neutrality, whilst neglecting your relationship to your Pussy.

Even the word ‘Pussy’ has been used as a slur, to shame and degrade people in the name of weakness or lack of power and courage. It’s time to reclaim it as the powerful portal of connection and wisdom that it can be!

This 6 week online course supporting you to connect with your genitals through a tenderly held process working towards acceptance, liberation, respect and self-love. All experiences and emotions are welcome!

Each week we will incorporate different Somatic experiences and tools, plus sharing circles at both opening and close of each session.

Inviting exploration to your own body through guided Somatic meditation, mirror work, genital art, reflective processes, Orgasmic Yoga, genital mapping and witnessing should anyone feel comfortable to.

Powerful tools for transformation and healing. Holding each other in complete unconditional positive regard.

The last session we will end with reflection and integration on the connection and wisdom found through the journey to your Pussy and deeper connection and relationship with your body. With an option to celebrate should you wish to participate in that.

There will be a support network throughout and the option for additional 1:1 Somatic Therapy sessions with me. Plus a post course sharing circle/check in a couple of weeks after the course ends for aftercare.

Every part of the workshop is an invitation and your embodied yes and no is celebrated. You don’t have to do anything that you don’t want to. No’s are celebrated and part of the therapeutic process.

The Wheel Of Consent is a huge part of my work and woven in to every workshop. Helping you explore your yes, no’s maybes, and all that’s in between.

You can expect in inclusive space where gender, sexuality and pronouns are respected. Without cis normative and heteronormative assumptions.

Each persons journey in this container will be completely individual, just as each person is.

I have taught this workshop for several years with incredible feedback at festivals and am excited to bring you a deeper dive in to this powerful experience as part of a 6 week therapeutic container.

Who is this for?

This course is for all people except cisgender men.
It will be inclusive, with trans and non-binary folk embraced.
The first session will be based around a discussion on the language used for genitals and our relationship to those words and how they have shaped our relationship to our bodies and personal life experience. Sharing is encouraged but an invitation and not mandatory.

Agreements

We will co-create agreements at the start of the course to help create a safe space as possible for everyone. This will include confidentiality and respecting diversity. This will be written up and placed in the group as a reminder and need to be upheld. Should the agreements be broken you may be asked to leave the group without refund.
